If you wish your paper to be published in the Conference Proceedings CD - with an ISBN number - but you are not able to attend the Conference in person, you can submit your paper as "virtual participant".

Virtual Participant will receive a copy of the Conference Proceedings CD and a participation certificate.

In person participant or virtual participant -  get right for their papers to be reviewed for publishing in one of our peer reviewed online International journals with an ISSN number.
